PUBLIC NOTICE: Poplar Lane Area Water Situation

PUBLIC NOTICE [POPLAR LANE AREA WATER SITUATION]: Due to problems during connections to the new lines, some debris made it to the system. All tests are good with the exception of colour.

People calling the office as well as the Emergency line are being advised to run a garden hose outside (so as not to over-charge their septic fields) until the water comes clear. All overages on billing will be covered by the Utility Department. We appreciate your patience and support!

Smith-Hondo Fall Fair & Rodeo Kicks-off August 29!

KICKING-off on Friday August 29th and continuing through Sunday August 31st, every member of the family can enjoy FUN-filled activities at the 35th ANNUAL SMITH-HONDO FALL FAIR & RODEO! This year's theme is "Reflections of our Rivers, Rails and Wagon Trails". In celebration of Smith's Centennial, SHARA has planned a spectacular three-days that you won't want to miss!!!

Spots Available at Widewater Preschool

Spaces are still available at the South Shore Children's Association Widewater Preschool!

Classes for 3 year olds are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am to 2pm, and classes for 4 year olds ae held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 2pm.
