Accounts Payable and Receivable are service units of the Finance department. The Accounts Payable section is responsible for making payments on behalf of the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River. The Accounts Receivable section is responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes, utility charges, fees, and other revenues.

Payments for utilities, taxation, and other invoices can be made directly at the Slave Lake or Flatbush offices during regular office hours, or mailed to:
