Recommendations Address Changing Wildfire Conditions

This morning, the Flat Top Complex Wildfire Review Committee released its report on the response to the 2011 wildfire. The media release and report are now available.

May 17: Wildfire Hazard Update

Cooler temperatures and higher relative humidities bring the wildfire hazard down to HIGH for the Lesser Slave Area.

Jean Luc Deba Memorial Park: Canyon Creek

A Memorial Park is being built to honor Jean-Luc Deba, the helicopter pilot who lost his life in that area while fighting the 2011 Wildfire.

FireSmart Spring Clean Up

The FireSmart crew will be in the Marten Beach community on Saturday May 19, 2012, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
