At this workshop, private landowners will learn:

Best management practices on forested private lands
• How forested lands contribute economically and environmentally
• Management to maximize ecological and economic value
• Maintenance & restoration leads to healthier woodlots

Plus: Outdoor Field Visits in the afternoon:

• Private forested lands owned by Vanderwell Contractors Ltd.
• Alberta Conservation Association Lands near Flatbush

Guest Speakers: Mr. Con Dermot (Vanderwell) and Mr. Roy Schmelzeisen (ACA).

Cost: $10 includes lunch and refreshments (pay at the door).
